PCC Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup organic raspberry vinegar Add to list
- 3/4 cup organic red wine vinegar Add to list
- 4 teaspoons organic Dijon mustard Add to list
- 1 cup raspberry jam Add to list
- 1/2 tablespoon salt Add to list
- 1 teaspoon organic black pepper Add to list
- 4 cups organic olive oil Add to list
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients, except the oil, in a food processor and blend until combined. With the food processor running, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
