PCC Peas Please
Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Lay bacon on the prepared pan in a single layer. Cook in the oven until crisp, 20 to 30 minutes. Drain off grease halfway through cooking. Cool the bacon and then cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Rinse peas in a colander to thaw; drain well. In a bowl, toss the peas, bacon and cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper to make a dressing. Fold the dressing into the pea mixture.
