PCC Oatmeal Raisin French Toast

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipped eggs Add to list
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk Add to list
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar Add to list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla Add to list
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper Add to list
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter Add to list
- 8 to 10 slices oatmeal raisin bread Add to list
Preparation
Mix together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and pepper. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add butter to pan. Soak a slice of bread in egg mixture for about 1 minute and then fry in heated pan. Flip when brown. Repeat with remaining bread slices.
