PCC Hearty Greens Caesar

Ingredients
- 1/3 pound chard and kale mix (equal parts green kale, red kale and red chard, stems removed, cut into 1-inch pieces) Add to list
- 2 tablespoons PCC Caesar Vegan Dressing Add to list
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Add to list
Preparation
Toss greens with dressing and half the cheese. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over the top of each serving bowl to garnish.

My 16 mo old loves this!
Super easy and very tasty. Can make up to 24 hours in advance since these greens don't wilt easily. Highly recommend using PCC vegan caesar dressing- it is the best around and makes this dish that much easier.
