PCC Caesar Vegan Dressing
- 1 cup reduced fat Vegenaise Add to list
- 1/4 cup organic lemon juice Add to list
- 2 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire sauce Add to list
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic Add to list
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar Add to list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic Dijon mustard Add to list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic black pepper Add to list
- 1/2 cup organic olive oil Add to list
Place all of the ingredients, except oil, in a food processor and blend until combined. With the food processor running, slowly add oil to emulsify.
