PCC Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1 cup organic balsamic vinegar Add to list
- 1 tablespoon organic Dijon mustard Add to list
- 2 teaspoons organic cane sugar Add to list
- 2 teaspoons minced organic garlic Add to list
- 1 teaspoon organic dried oregano Add to list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt Add to list
- 1 teaspoon organic black pepper Add to list
- 3/4 cup organic olive oil Add to list
Place all of the ingredients, except the oil, in a food processor and blend until combined. With the food processor running, slowly add the oil to emulsify.
