PCC Apple Croissant Bread Pudding
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Sauté apples in butter over medium heat until just brown, about 5 minutes. Spray small casserole pan with oil and place the apples in the pan. Top with the croissant pieces.
In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Pour liquid over croissants. Let sit 30 minutes.
Bake in oven, uncovered, until lightly browned on top and done in the center (toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean), about 30 to 40 minutes.
