PCC Apple Croissant Bread Pudding
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Sauté apples in butter over medium heat until just brown, about 5 minutes. Spray a small casserole pan with oil and place apples in the pan. Top with croissant pieces.
In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and sugar. Pour liquid over croissants; let sit for 30 minutes.
Bake uncovered until lightly browned on top and done in the center (a toothpick inserted into the middle will come out clean), 30 to 40 minutes.
