PB & P Overnight Oatmeal
Packed with fiber and protein, this overnight oatmeal offers hearty nutrition and it only takes minutes to prep. Throw it in the fridge and when you wake up you have a satisfying dish that can be taken on the go.
Mix the ingredients together in an 8-ounce mason jar or bowl. Place in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, top with peanuts or whatever you see fit.
