Pasta with Greens and Feta

Ingredients
- Red onion, chopped Add to list
- Olive oil Add to list
- 2 bunches greens, chopped (kale, chard, etc.) Add to list
- Penne pasta Add to list
- Feta cheese, crumbled Add to list
- Kalamata olives, chopped Add to list
- Salt and pepper, to taste Add to list
Preparation
Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add greens and cook until tender.
Meanwhile, cook penne until al dente.
Toss pasta with greens, feta and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
