Parsley Almond Pesto
Serve this pesto with Seared Salmon Cakes with Parsley Almond Pesto.
- 2 cups chopped fresh parsley Add to list
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds Add to list
- 2 cloves garlic Add to list
- 2 tablespoons tamari Add to list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice Add to list
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste Add to list
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or more as needed Add to list
Combine all ingredients expect olive oil in a food processor. Pulse to combine, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. Drizzle oil through the feed tube with the machine running, adding enough to achieve a smooth texture.
