Although this nog is perfect any time of year, it’s a great way for kids to celebrate the season with a fun and flavorful drink, just like the grown-ups.

Ingredients

Preparation

Place orange, banana, milk, honey, vanilla extract, ice cubes and pinch of pumpkin pie spice in a blender. Cover and blend until smooth, adding a little more milk if necessary.

Pour into four mugs and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.

Notes

Kids of all ages can help peel and segment oranges and bananas. Let them practice counting, measuring and adding ingredients to the blender.

Each serving: 130 cal, 1.5g fat (0.5g sat),5mg chol, 30mg sodium, 27g carb, 3g fiber, 3g protein
