Nectarine and Grape Salad with Honey-Lemon Dressing
Yield: Makes about 2 cups of salad

Ingredients
- 2 medium organic nectarines, pitted and cubed Add to list
- 1 cup organic red or green grapes Add to list
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice Add to list
- 1 tablespoon honey Add to list
Preparation
Place the nectarines and grapes in small bowl. Combine the lemon juice and honey. Toss with the fruit. You may add fresh chopped mint, seasonal berries or your favorite yogurt to the mix!
Each serving: 63 cal, 0.3g fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 1mg sodium, 15.9g carb, 1.4g fiber, 0.9g protein
