My Own Trail Mix

Whether packaged or custom-made from your favorite ingredients, trail mix is a great choice for on the go nutritious snacking. For your own special blend, choose your favorite ingredients from the bulk bins.
Try this combination for a high-energy boost.
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds, cashews, hazelnuts or walnuts Add to list
- 1 cup dried goji berries Add to list
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds Add to list
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds Add to list
- 1/2 cup chocolate or carob chips Add to list
- 1/2 cup raisins, dried coconut flakes or banana chips (available in the packaged dried fruit section) Add to list
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in bowl and serve.
