Mochi Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 12 1/2-ounce package cinnamon raisin mochi Add to list
  • 3/4 cup organic whipped cream cheese or almond butter Add to list
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips or raisins Add to list

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450º F.

Cut mochi in 2-inch pieces and place on a cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart from each other. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until squares are puffed and lightly browned.

Pull open puffs and stuff with 1 teaspoon cream cheese or almond butter and chocolate chips or raisins.
