Mixed Greens with Bosc Pears and Spicy Pecans
Serves: 4 to 6
Fruit and nuts go perfectly together in this simple salad.
In a bowl combine mixed greens and pears. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup Pear Vinaigrette and gently mix it in using tongs. Place on individual plates and garnish with Spicy Maple Pecans.
Do not mix in the vinaigrette before serving, or the greens will turn soft. The vinaigrette can last at least 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated.
