Mixed Greens with Bosc Pears and Spicy Pecans

Ingredients
- 5 ounces organic mixed baby greens Add to list
- 1 to 2 Bosc pears, sliced into thin wedges Add to list
- Pear Vinaigrette Add to list
- Spicy Maple Pecans (available in the PCC Deli) Add to list
Preparation
In a bowl combine mixed greens and pears. Add 1/4 to 1/3 cup Pear Vinaigrette and gently mix it in using tongs. Place on individual plates and garnish with Spicy Maple Pecans.
Notes
Do not mix in the vinaigrette before serving, or the greens will turn soft. The vinaigrette can last at least 2 to 3 weeks refrigerated.
