Mixed Berry and Beet Smoothie

This recipe is:

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice Add to list
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries or blueberries Add to list
- 2 tablespoons granola Add to list
- 1/3 cup diced beet, either raw or roasted Add to list
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt or coconut milk Add to list
- 1 teaspoon honey Add to list
- 2 or 3 ice cubes Add to list
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 full minute. Drink right away.
Each serving: 269 cal, 5g fat (1g sat), 4mg chol, 82mg sodium, 52g carb, 6g fiber, 8g protein
