Mango Lassi
Serves: 4 small servings

Gluten-free
Peanut-free
Soy-free
Tree nut-free
Wheat-free
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt Add to list
- 1 fresh mango, peeled and cut from the seed Add to list
- 3/4 cup cold water Add to list
- 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste Add to list
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom Add to list
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a vegan version, soy yogurt, coconut milk or almond milk may be substituted for the yogurt. Use 1 tablespoon agave nectar in place of honey in the recipe.
