Serves: 4 small servings
A sweet and tangy drink made with yogurt and fresh mango.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. Serve chilled.
For a vegan version, soy yogurt, coconut milk or almond milk may be substituted for the yogurt. Use 1 tablespoon agave nectar in place of honey in the recipe.
Each serving: 90 cal, 1g fat (0.5g sat),5mg chol, 45mg sodium, 17g carb, 1g fiber, 4g protein
