Manchego with Quince Paste

Ingredients
- 4-ounce wedge Manchego cheese Add to list
- 4-ounce piece quince paste Add to list
Preparation
Trim the rind from the cheese. Cut the wedge into 6 smaller wedges and place 1 wedge on each of 6 plates. Cut the quince paste into 6 slices; place 1 slice atop each wedge of cheese. Serve immediately.
