This simple blend is amazingly delicious as a finishing sprinkle for anything from sizzling grilled steak to pasta dishes to savory gruyere scones. See what your imagination can dream up!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest Add to list
  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper Add to list
  • 1 tablespoon coarse-grain salt, like fleur de sel or Celtic grey salt Add to list
  • 1 teaspoon finely minced fresh rosemary or thyme (optional) Add to list

Preparation

Combine lemon zest, cracked pepper and salt. Stir in herbs, if desired. Store in an airtight container.
