Lemon Grilled Salmon
Rich flavor and a concentration of healthy omega-3 fatty acids make salmon a Northwest favorite for summertime barbecues. Wild salmon from the cold, clear waters of Northern Alaska is exceptional and needs only a few simple ingredients to make it a delicious meal.
Place salmon in a shallow bowl. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over salmon, and cover. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
Grill salmon over medium heat, basting with marinade — about 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
