Jerry's Easy Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup long grain rice (rinsed) Add to list
- 2 cups water (or chicken, vegetable or mushroom stock) Add to list
Preparation
Place rice and water (or other stock) in saucepan. Heat over high heat until it reaches a boil. Give it a good stir, cover, and turn down to lowest setting. Cook undisturbed for 15 minutes and you should have perfect rice!
For a little flavor, try adding a packet of taco seasoning mix as you add the water or stock. Be careful, it may not take the whole packet, depending on how flavorful you want it. Enjoy!
