Huevos Rancheros Breakfast Burrito
Perfect for an on-the-go breakfast, this breakfast burrito will fill you up and give you energy to last all day!
- 1 sprouted wheat tortilla Add to list
- 1/4 cup prepared seasoned black beans, heated Add to list
- 1 egg, scrambled Add to list
- 1/2 tomato, diced Add to list
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese Add to list
Over medium heat, warm tortilla in a cast-iron pan for about 1 minute to soften. Remove from the heat and spread with beans, egg, tomatoes and cheddar. Add any desired optional ingredients, then wrap and serve.
