Hot Quinoa Cereal
Serves: 2 to 4
Place all ingredients in a small pot and soak overnight in the refrigerator.
To cook the cereal, place it on the stovetop, covered, on low heat. Let it simmer slowly for about 20 minutes (up to 1 hour for the quinoa cereal), stirring occasionally. Add extra water if the cereal is too thick and enjoy warm.
After cooking, use an electric hand mixer to make smooth.
