Honey-Satsuma Glazed Ham

Try a sweet twist on your tried-and-true ham with a honey-orange glaze, made with fresh, organically grown satsumas.



Preheat oven to 350° F. Place ham in a heavy roasting pan.

For the glaze, remove peels and squeeze satsumas, reserving juice. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons juice, honey, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well.

Bake until an internal temperature taken with an instant-read thermometer reads 140° F, 60 to 75 minutes depending on the weight of the ham. Baste generously with the glaze every 20 minutes during the baking process.

Let ham stand 15 minutes before carving.
