Food and tradition come together as friends and families take to the table for cherished holiday meals. Try a sweet twist on your tried-and-true holiday ham with a honey-orange glaze, made with the season's freshest, organically grown satsuma oranges.

Ingredients

Preparation

For the glaze, remove peels and squeeze satsumas, reserving juice. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the satsuma juice, honey, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well.

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in the thickest part of the ham. Bake, uncovered, in a 325° F oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 135 to 140° F. Baste with satsuma honey glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking.
