Honey Baked Peaches

Wonderful with a dollop of Greek Gods Honey yogurt or with a scoop of Coconut Bliss Naked Coconut.

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Arrange peaches, cut side up, in a baking dish. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice; sprinkle with ginger. Bake until peaches are tender, 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve warm with fresh berries, mint and a dusting of powdered sugar (optional).
