Herb Yogurt Dip for Raw Vegetables

Gluten-free
Peanut-free
Soy-free
Tree nut-free
Wheat-free
Quality yogurt and the right spices create a creamy treat.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt Add to list
- 1/4 teaspoon organic dried dill Add to list
- 1/4 teaspoon organic dried thyme Add to list
- 1 teaspoon organic dried parsley Add to list
- 1/8 teaspoon organic sea salt Add to list
- Dash of pepper Add to list
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Enjoy with vegetables cut into snack-size pieces such as carrots, broccoli, cucumber, etc.
