Hearty Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked garbanzo beans, or 1 15-ounce can Add to list
- 4 ounces silken tofu, well-drained Add to list
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley Add to list
- 5 tablespoon lemon juice Add to list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice Add to list
- 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic Add to list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil Add to list
- 1/3 cup sesame tahini Add to list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt* Add to list
- Cumin and paprika, to taste Add to list
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is achieved. Garnish with a dash of paprika on top. Serve warm or chilled.
Notes
* Allergy notes: People following a corn-free diet should avoid iodized salt since it contains dextrose, which should be avoided by those allergic to corn.
