Grilled Corn with Parmesan and Basil
Sweet corn is matched with the savory flavors of basil, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat grill to high.
Mix Parmesan cheese, basil, garlic and salt in a bowl; set aside.
Pull back husks, leaving them attached to the base of the corn; remove and discard silks. Spread olive oil over kernels and pull husks back over corn.
Place corn on grill and cover, turning occasionally, until corn is tender and charred on the outside, 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from grill and cool slightly before removing husks. Sprinkle corn with cheese mixture.
