Green Salad with Satsumas

Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce Add to list
- Red or green leaf lettuce Add to list
- Small red onion, thinly sliced Add to list
- Cucumber, thinly sliced Add to list
- Walnut pieces Add to list
- Satsumas, sectioned, with membrane removed Add to list
- Olive oil Add to list
- Rice wine vinegar Add to list
Preparation
Rinse and dry lettuces, tear into bite size pieces, and top with red onion and cucumber. Dress with walnut pieces and Satsumas. Drizzle with a fine organic olive oil and rice wine vinegar.
