Ingredients
- 1 fennel bulb, chopped Add to list
- 1 onion, chopped Add to list
- 2 cloves garlic, minced Add to list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil Add to list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt Add to list
- 1 bunch spinach, chopped Add to list
- 1 bunch red chard, chopped Add to list
- 1 bunch collards, chopped Add to list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill Add to list
- Juice from 1/2 lemon Add to list
Preparation
Sauté fennel, onion, garlic in olive oil. Season with salt. Add greens and cook until tender. Stir in dill and lemon juice.
