Yield: Makes about 20 bites
Fun to make and even better to eat, these mini grape bites are an easy project that can be served cold or frozen.
Line a plate with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside.
Place one toothpick in each grape. Dunk or roll each grape in your spread of choice. Dunk or roll each grape in your sprinkle of choice. Place the grapes on the prepared plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For fun mini frozen pops, put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Each serving of 4 grapes with yogurt and nuts: 70cal, 2.5g fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 10mg sodium, 11g carb, 1g fiber, 9g sugars, 2g protein
