Fun to make and even better to eat, these mini grape bites are an easy project that can be served cold or frozen.


  • 20 toothpicks Add to list
  • 1/2 pound grapes (about 20 grapes) Add to list
  • 1/4 cup spread of choice (vanilla yogurt, caramel sauce, sunflower seed butter, etc.) Add to list
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles of choice (crushed almonds, walnuts or pecans; granola; shredded coconut; crushed pretzels, etc.) Add to list


Line a plate with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside.

Place one toothpick in each grape. Dunk or roll each grape in spread of choice. Dunk or roll each grape in sprinkle of choice. Place grapes on the prepared plate and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. For fun mini frozen pops, put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Each serving of 4 grapes with yogurt and nuts: 70cal, 2.5g fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 10mg sodium, 11g carb, 1g fiber, 9g sugars, 2g protein
