Gorgonzola, Mascarpone and Hazelnut Crostini
Serves: 6 to 8
This simple combination is sure to satisfy a variety of cravings, including crunchy, nutty and creamy.
Place the Gorgonzola and Mascarpone in a food processor. Mix until combined, then add the hazelnuts and mix until chopped. Spread on toasted baguettes, garnish with the chives and serve.
