Fruity Marinade
This recipe is:

Fruity marinade for fish, chicken, tofu or tempeh
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups unrefined fruit juice (unfiltered apple, pear or pineapple) Add to list
- 1/3 cup soy sauce Add to list
- 2 to 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or 1 to 2 tablespoons lemon juice, or 2 tablespoons white wine) Add to list
- 2 to 3 inches grated gingerroot, grated, squeezed (2 to 3 tablespoons juice) Add to list
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, pressed Add to list
- 2 tablespoons untoasted sesame oil (or one tablespoon toasted oil) Add to list
- Optional: a few dashes cayenne Add to list
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and whisk.
