Frozen Banana Pops
A summertime treat, these pops are packed with protein and fiber yet so fun and tasty your kids will love snacking on them.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Carefully insert a popsicle stick into each banana piece. Using a butter knife, spread peanut butter or nut butter onto the banana.
Place granola or pretzels in a shallow bowl or plate. Roll the banana in the toppings, using your hands if necessary to ensure the banana gets coated. Place on the parchment paper; repeat with remaining pops.
Freeze for 3 hours. Enjoy or store in a sealed bag in the freezer for one week.
