Fresh Herb Garlic Dressing

Use your own favorite herbs. Mix and match with any variety of citrus fruits. Alter oil and vinegar ratio to suit your taste
Ingredients
- Approximately 6 ounces silken tofu Add to list
- 1/4 cup fresh citrus juice (combination of orange, lime, tangerine, etc.) Add to list
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped Add to list
- 2 tablepoons olive oil Add to list
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar Add to list
- Salt and pepper to taste Add to list
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in blender. Adjust seasonings as necessary. Add water or vegetable stock to thin to your specifications. Let flavors marry for 1 hour. Toss with salad.
