Fresh Blueberries with Chantilly Cream
Serves: 2 to 4
Served in martini glasses or other pretty parfait glasses, there's no easier, more delectable summer dessert.
Arrange blueberries in a serving bowl or beverage glasses.
Pour cream into a chilled bowl and whip on high until thickened but has not formed peaks. Add sugar and vanilla or brandy. Whip at a slower speed until light peaks form. Top berries with cream and serve.
