Four Simple Marinades
This recipe is:
Vegetarian
Corn-free
Egg-free
Peanut-free
Soy-free
Adding a marinade to your grilled meats makes them more tender, flavorful and healthier. Studies have shown that the acid content of marinades made with vinegars, citric juices, oils and herbs naturally reduce the risk of carcinogens, which are created when meats are grilled. These four marinades are equally delicious on beef, chicken, pork or seafood — depending on your taste.
