Fish Tacos

Ingredients
For tacos
- 16 ounces filleted fish, such as cod or sole Add to list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil Add to list
- 3/4 teaspoon salt Add to list
- 2 teaspoons chili powder Add to list
- 2 teaspoons oregano Add to list
- 4 whole-wheat tortillas or taco shells Add to list
- 1/2 cup shredded green cabbage Add to list
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage Add to list
- Cooling Citrus Sauce Add to list
- 1 lime, cut in wedges Add to list
For Cooling Citrus Sauce
- 8-ounce container plain yogurt Add to list
- Pinch of salt Add to list
- 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate Add to list
Preparation
To make tacos
Heat oven to 375° F. Wash and pat dry fish. In small bowl, combine oil, salt, chili powder and oregano. Rub fish with oil-spice mixture and place in broiling pan. Bake for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
To serve, flake fish into chunks and place in middle of tortilla or taco shell. Top with cabbage and Cooling Citrus Sauce. Serve with lime wedges.
To make Cooling Citrus Sauce
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
