Yield: 1 1/2 cups
This creamy dip is full of flavor AND packed with wonderful nutrients needed for a growing child!
Cut avocados in half and remove pit. With a spoon, scoop out the inside and place in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, onions and cilantro to the bowl. Sprinkle salt over the top and mix.
Squeeze the juice of the lemon halves into the bowl and mix together. Taste and add more salt and lemon as needed.
Eat and enjoy with chips or in a burrito. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
