Delightfully Non-dairy Float

Ingredients
- Summer berries or your favorite summer fruit Add to list
- Coconut milk ice cream Add to list
- Blood orange sorbet Add to list
- Ginger ale Add to list
Preparation
Layer the bottom of a glass with the berries or fruit. Add 1 scoop of the ice cream and 1 scoop of the sorbet. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with an umbrella skewered with fruit, if you like, and eat!
