Cumin-Lime Compound Butter
Yield: 1/2 cup
This is great to have on hand through summer, to brush on grilled corn, steaks or chicken.
Combine cumin, cilantro and salt, and mash the mixture into the softened butter until everything is evenly distributed. Sprinkle in the lime juice and stir.
Use immediately, or wrap well and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
