Mushroom Crostini
Serves: 6-8
This recipe is:
Corn-free
Peanut-free
Soy-free
Tree nut-free
Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced Add to list
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil Add to list
- Juice of one lemon Add to list
- 1 large clove garlic, minced Add to list
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley Add to list
- Salt to taste Add to list
- One baguette, sliced and toasted Add to list
Preparation
Toasted baguette slices
Place bread slices on a cookie sheet and toast in a preheated 425º F oven, 4 to 5 minutes. Turn each piece and toast for another minute or two.
