Coconut Whipped Cream
This recipe is:

Dairy-free

Gluten-free
Ingredients
- 1 can organic coconut milk (low fat will not work) Add to list
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract Add to list
- 2 tablespoons sugar or other preferred sweetener Add to list
Preparation
In a cold bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk with an electric beater on high until fluffy and firm.
Serve as a topping for Chocolate Mousse.
