Coconut Whipped Cream

These ingredients are:
vegetarian iconVegetarian vegan iconVegan dairy-free iconDairy-free egg-free iconEgg-free gluten-free iconGluten-free


  • 1 can organic coconut milk (low fat will not work) Add to list
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract Add to list
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or other preferred sweetener Add to list


In a cold bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk with an electric beater on high until fluffy and firm.

Serve as a topping for Chocolate Mousse.
