Citrus Arugula Salad

Substitute lettuce, spinach or even young mizuna mustard greens in this simple, zesty salad.

For the dressing:

Salad

Wash and drain the arugula, separating it into leaves. Peel and section grapefruit. Slice into bite-size pieces.

In a large bowl, dress the salad to your preference and add grapefruit pieces. Garnish with slivered almonds if desired.

Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients.
