Chunky Monkey Overnight Oatmeal
Packed with fiber and protein, this refrigerator oatmeal offers hearty nutrition and it only takes minutes to prep. Throw it in the fridge and when you wake up you have a satisfying dish that can be taken on the go.
Mix the oats, yogurt, milk and chia seeds together in an 8-ounce mason jar or bowl. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with banana, coconut, almonds and cacao nibs or chocolate chips. (You may add mix-ins the night before, but keep in mind whatever you incorporate will be soggy by morning.)
