Chocolate-Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 cup non-hydrogenated margarine Add to list
- 8 ounces dairy-free chocolate chips Add to list
- 1 cup peanut butter Add to list
Preparation
Melt the margarine in a small saucepan.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add the peanut butter and melted margarine. Transfer the mixture to an 8- by 8-inch pan lined with parchment or waxed paper.
Cool completely, and then cut and serve.
