Cha Nam Manao Khing (Ginger Limeade)
Yield: 4 to 6 glasses
Prep time: 20 minutes
Bring water to a boil in a medium-size pot. Add ginger and let it boil on medium for 15 minutes. Remove ginger and stir in sugar; stir until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature, then stir in lime juice.
In a nice pitcher, decorate lime slices against the sides of the pitcher. Pour in ice cubes, and then pour in limeade.
