Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
Use these tomatoes in the recipe for Pappardelle with Sautéed Prawns, Pepper Bacon and Candied Cherry Tomatoes and White Corn and Chevre Puddings.
Preheat oven to 300° F. Toss the tomatoes with the olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle with salt. Spread out on a sheet pan and roast for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until caramelized and sticky.
