Caesar-style Asparagus

Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed Add to list
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard Add to list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice Add to list
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Add to list
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper to taste Add to list
- 1/4 cup olive oil Add to list
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Add to list
- 1 bunch asparagus Add to list
- Whole-wheat croutons Add to list
Preparation
To make the dressing, add first five ingredients to a blender. With the blender running, gradually add oil. Add 1/4 cup cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook asparagus in boiling salted water until just tender, about 3 minutes. Drain, cool under water and drizzle with dressing, croutons and remaining cheese.
