Yield: Makes about 3 cups
A fun and bright twist on salsa, serve this dip with tortilla chips or on top of fish tacos. If you like a little bit of heat, add a finely minced jalapeño pepper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
